Vito’s real estate career began with the purchase of an oceanfront condo in Long Beach. He completed a full renovation, designing & managing the complex project himself. The transformation of his penthouse maximized its market value, revealing a property’s potential, & was featured on HGTV. Vito created & led companies at an early age. By 29, he built one of the largest private tech firms serving NY, later merging it into a multi-billion-dollar company. Educated in Finance & Psychology, along with a Coaching degree from NYU, strengthened his interpersonal skills. With 27 years of entrepreneurship focused on clients’ needs, Vito developed expertise in client relations, sales, marketing, negotiations, management, & strategic thinking. He’s explored 18+ countries, 300 cities, & 40 U.S. states, gaining an appreciation for cultures & global connections. He splits his time between Long Beach, serving as Board President of his condo, & Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
